YES WE CAN!!!

Can you feel that in the air right now? It’s that feeling, sense and knowing that change is coming. It’s that breath we can take now that the path of destruction we as a nation were on has halted. It’s the space in our brains that says things are going to be different now!
Well, this is not just about having a new President; this is about you living as if you were President. You have the undying opportunity to reinvent yourself over and over again. With fall behind us and winter coming it’s time to hibernate those old and outdated behaviors and failures that we keep regurgitating up thinking it will taste different this time, I promise. And in fact, you know it won’t.
It’s the time as your President to empower yourself and those around you to have, be and do something different now. Be better than you ever have been before. What I mean is if you are hating than love, if you are separating than join, if you are destroying all good things in your life, embrace with gratitude those people and things…it means waking up out of the past eight year slumber and start living as a humanitarian, with purpose, passion, zest, clarity, wisdom, truth, integrity and love.
Being President doesn’t mean taking over the world and bombing the heck out of them for money and oil; it doesn’t mean throwing your stuff at your beloveds just to make you feel better. Being President means embracing a collaborative approach to win win scenarios where everyone gets to live in abundance and freedom, not just the top one percent. It means succeeding by lifting others as we climb so that we all can climb together to our mutual, fruitful and abundant success. It means joining with partners, beloveds, friends and family to vision your dream into reality. It means truth is for the people, by the people and of the people. It means standing as one, diverse and unique, yet aligned and creating. It means releasing that which is outdated and no longer serving anyone, including you, for that which serves the good of all including you. And most importantly it means, we all get to live where we want to live, work where and how we want to work, enjoy the outdoors, take vacations, build our dream home or build our dream business. It means to be an American…renewed and revitalized, rejuvenated and hopeful, collaborative and defined.
Embrace your new American identity as one nation under the divine, indivisible with liberty and justice for all! Yes we can, yes you can, yes we will, and yes you can! Manifestation without action is an illusion. Let your dreams sizzle and stop the fizzle like we did on November 4th. If not now…when!

So much is happening in our world both locally and globally as you all are well aware of. With the global financial fear crisis, political election year and the shock out of the life we knew into an uncertain future. I’ve been asking myself “How can I and LEI- The Life Empowerment Institute, be a beacon in this time of distress?” My answer came after a two week personal journey from San Francisco to Utah to Idaho Falls, to Montana and Wyoming and back to San Francisco.

It was here that I not only remembered who I was but remembered who we all are. I discovered plainly that we all do our best every day, that we all forget empowerment and regress to the victim consciousness and that we all have things to hide that we wish we never had to deal with. Within that realization, I remembered that each of us has a gift to give the world, our work, ourselves and our beloveds. We all are searching externally for what we desire internally. Everyone of us has a burning desire to be loved, nurtured, cherished, adored, honored, respected, safe, believed in, trustworthy, integrous and successful. We work each day to make that a realization and we get down on ourselves when even one of those areas is not met, even if 2 or 3 are met successfully. We are consistently consuming more than what we need in search of this safety and love we crave. We even stop showing up in our relationships, career or work or self growth work to fuel the ego’s belief that our soul will never thrive in the global macrocosm.



It is so amazing to me how I, even with all I have and do, still indulge my ego at the expense of my soul. On my journey, I went through LEAP level one and two as a participant to prepare me for facilitating LEAP 3 and 4 this time, next year. Creator, was leading the psychodramas and breathwork sessions; clearings and shame process; mind body spirit integration and shadow party, as well as the essence party and soul print weekend. I asked for the reins to be released and to allow myself to have and experience what I have given too many of you over the past 18 years doing this work. I completely surrendered myself, my ego, all my beliefs and attachments, all my positions and labels, all my judgments and fears and all of my shame and sorrow. I asked to be stripped bare and in so doing found…ME!

I found the me who created LEAP as a haven to come home to yourself and as a commitment to the 7 year old me that I would provide a place for all those who enter the sacred cauldron to heal, grow, transform, let go, move on and rest both internally and externally. I found my joy, my laughter, my miraculous wit and my deepest love and compassion for you and the world around me. I cried for those I will never see again but felt their touch and remembered their growth and drama with grace and ease. I saw each process and everyone in it for the last 10 years at LEAP and the miracles that are so powerful. I celebrated the graduations, births, deaths, marriages, developments, choices, connections and thanked Creator for the gift of life and meeting you all and I remembered how much I love and care for each of you and wish for nothing more than your amazing, magnificent success. I remembered and surrendered to my knees in gratitude for the blessed life I have and found that no matter what happens externally, internally we all have a connection that never dies. We will always grow together, learn together, leap together and always be connected in the cauldron. To me, that is the greatest gift; deep and healing connection for life and the miracles that are so powerful.

What I want each of you to know is that really all we have to do is love one another no matter what is going on around us. With love and compassion we can face anything together. With collaboration we can turn our economy, our political future and our personal growth on its heels and into greater, widespread healing on this planet. Without one of us contributing all of us lose; with all of us contributing, we all win and we as a nation of people can rest in knowing that when we put our heads on the pillows at night that all is well and we did what we came here to do. As AMMA says, “Fill your heart with love and express it in everything you DO!”

So, in closing, I’m sending a message out to all of you that I LOVE YOU, am honored to know you and am proud of all that you are and all you are becoming. Know that when you need an extra dose of love, you know who to call and where to go. You will find me and the LEI cauldron with open arms, a warm, loving heart and lots of healing wishes for you.
